Prices
Orders are charged in the displayed currency. Prices includes delivery charges. VAT is included in the product price for shipping destinations within the EU and Norway, while VAT is not included for other shipping destinations outside of the EU. Non-EU customers might be subjected to VAT and customs in your own country. Please contact your local customs office for current charges and regulations.
We have the right to adjust incorrect prices.

We offer the following payment methods:

Swish (only available for Swedish customers)

Shipping
At Creative Corgis we offer free shipping worldwide on all orders. We ship with PostNord and the expected delivery time for standard shipping is:
5-7 days to Sweden
up to 2 weeks for Europe and the rest of the world
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, but you might expect some additional handling days during the holidays. We ship to most international destinations, send us an e-mail if you are unsure if we ship to your location.
Once you have placed your order you will receive a purchase confirmation within 24 hours. If you have not received this e-mail within 24 hours, please contact us by sending an e-mail to info@creativecorgis.com
Once your purchase is packed and shipped, we will send out an e-mail so you know when you can start checking your mailbox.
Return policy
You have the right to return or exchange your products for any reason within 14 days from the delivery date. If you wish to return or exchange your order, please contact us by e-mailing us at info@creativecorgis.com. Kindly write “Return” or “Exchange” in the subject line and we will process your return/exchange as soon as possible.
You have to arrange the return shipping yourself. Please note that you are responsible for the goods until we receive them. To be on the safe side, we recommend that you use a shipment with tracking information.

Items should be returned unused and with all original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted.
Refound policy
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 30 days of us receiving the returned products. We will not refund the return shipping cost, or import duties and tax costs if you live outside the EU/Norway. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
Products
We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, but we can not guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
